Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking, we require payment in full at the time of your booking. This payment secures our bus exclusively for your travel dates and guarantees its availability for your group. Payments may be made using our “Book Now” feature. Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start of your scheduled trip. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled trip will not be eligible for a refund.
